North & Cozy products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped. This draft policy should be aligned with final Payhip settings and applicable consumer law before sales begin.
Delivery
After successful payment, customers receive access through the checkout provider and/or an email sent to the address used at checkout.
Refunds
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once a download has been accessed. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Technical problems
If a file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible, contact support with the order email and order number. We will work to restore access or provide a replacement file.
Personal-use license
Purchases include a non-transferable license for the customer’s personal use. Files may not be shared, uploaded, resold, reproduced for commercial use, or used to create competing products.
